It’s actually the name of a mobile app that shows you earthquakes occurring around the world. From Magnitude 1.0+ in the U.S. and Magnitude 4.5+ earthquakes the rest of the world.

It will alert you to a recent earthquake and its location. If it’s real time we don’t know, we haven’t tried it yet.
