With the recent catastrophe to hit the Mindanao area owing to a fault that moved, new calls were made by some environmentalist to clear the zones along the length of the West Valley Fault.
This is necessary and a must to ensure safety and preparedness should the ‘Big One’ does occur but also a big or rather impossible undertaking.
