A magnitude 5 earthquake was reported off the coast of Davao Occidental yesterday at 3:25 pm. It’s epicenter was traced at 31 kilometers south west of Sarangani, Davao Occidental.
The tremor was felt all the way to General Santos City, Koronadal City, Kidapawan City and South Cotabato.
Phivolcs also reported that it recorded a magnitude 5.4 earthquake in some parts of Mindanao Monday morning. Another 5.4 tremor was located in Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental.
The agency warned that there might be some aftershocks but said that there were no damages reported.
