During its BluePrint event, themed “Lighting Up the Season with Purposeful Connectivity & Meaningful Connections,” Globe presented new initiatives that blend technology with social impact—showing how every customer interaction can help support communities in need.
Technology at the Frontlines of Disaster Response
In the second half of the year, Filipinos faced a wave of natural disasters, from Super-Typhoon Nando to the destructive Typhoon Uwan. Globe quickly mobilized its Globe of Good program, rolling out free call and charging stations in nearly 30 locations and extending direct relief to more than 9,000 families.
But the company’s response goes beyond emergency assistance. Globe’s digital giving platforms—Globe Rewards, GoGIVE, G-Gantic Goals, and the Hapag Movement—have made it possible for everyday mobile users to convert their points, participation, and engagement into real-world aid for disaster-hit communities.

Heading into 2025, Globe reports remarkable participation from its customers:
- 309,000+ Globe Rewards donors, contributing over ₱5 million to partner organizations
- 43,000+ GoGIVE participants, generating 2.9 billion hearts in support of advocacies spanning disaster relief, child protection, women empowerment, environmental initiatives, and medical assistance
- Over 150,000 participants in G-Gantic Goals, raising ₱1.5 million for the Pawssion Project

These efforts demonstrate how small digital gestures, when done collectively, can deliver wide-reaching support.
Supporting Education and Essential Services Through the GlobeOne App
Globe is also strengthening access to digital learning tools and charitable channels. Through the Essentials section of the GlobeOne app, users can access Khan Academy, which provides lessons in STEM, digital literacy, online safety, and life skills. The app also includes the Kaagapay Donations Portal, allowing customers to support nonprofits that serve vulnerable sectors.
A Holiday Season Centered on Hope and Community Support
As the Christmas season approaches, Globe is encouraging Filipinos to keep the spirit of generosity alive by donating Reward points, joining GoGIVE campaigns, or participating in G-Gantic Goals. The company emphasized that technology becomes most powerful when it uplifts lives and connects people with purpose.
Globe leaders also extended recognition to partner NGOs that play a crucial role in bringing education, nutrition, and emergency aid to communities nationwide.
Empowering a Nation Through Meaningful Connections
Through a combination of connectivity, technology, and empathy, Globe continues to shine a light on how digital tools can spark collective action. This season, the company reminds its customers that every click and every connection can help rebuild lives and strengthen communities across the country.
