Saturday early morning greeted a town in the province of Sorsogon with a magnitude 5.2 tremor.

The quake with a depth of 27 kilometers hit the small town of Bulan which according to  the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) was tectonic in origin.

There were no damages reported.
